• Rentza verifies listings to the best of its ability but does not guarantee accuracy
• Listings may be updated, modified, or removed without prior notice
• Rentza reserves the right to remove any listing that violates its policies or applicable laws

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation and refund policies vary by vendor and listing
• Customers are advised to review the specific cancellation terms before confirming a booking
• Refunds, where applicable, are determined by the vendor
• Rentza is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated
• Refund-related requests should be directed to the relevant vendor, with Rentza available to mediate where necessary

Intellectual Property

All content on the Rentza platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rentza or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Rentza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
